About Youth H.I.R.E
This program invites youth between the ages of 15 and 30 to learn pre-employment and employment skills through paid curriculum training and onsite work placement. In addition, participants acquire free certifications, individualized training plans and guidance with building a skills portfolio which will aid in positive employment outcomes. We welcome a diverse group of youth with varying abilities, experiences, education, interests, and skills.

Eligibility
- Between the ages of 15-30.
- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee protection status.
- Looking for employment.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada, according to Ontario legislations and regulations.
- Able to commit 30 hours per week for 6 weeks of curriculum and 30 hours for 12 weeks of work placement.
