About Integrated Employment Services (IES) program
The Learning Disabilities Association of Toronto (LDATD) offers a comprehensive Integrated Employment Services (IES) program funded by Employment Ontario aimed at supporting individuals with learning disabilities and other inclusion groups in achieving meaningful employment. Through specialized services such as employment counseling, job development, and life stabilization supports, the program helps participants build skills, overcome barriers, and connect with local employers in Toronto.

Program Goals
The primary goal of the IES program is to empower participants by providing tailored employment solutions that lead to sustainable employment outcomes. The program focuses on enhancing participants’ job readiness, supporting life stabilization, and fostering long-term independence and community involvement.
Eligibility
The program is open to individuals legally eligible to work in Canada, including Canadian citizens, permanent residents, newcomers, and individuals with valid open work visas. Priority is given to inclusion groups such as Indigenous Peoples, Francophones, People with Disabilities, Youth with Higher Support Needs, Newcomers, Racialized People, and individuals with learning disabilities.
